Pricing Policy
All of our prices are updated accurately at regular intervals according to fluctuations in the market rate of precious metals and gems we use in our products. We also modify our prices with respect to change in the US$ and INR (Indian Rupee) conversion rate and other factors. But the difference in the price at any point of time prior to order placed should be taken in account.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch small orders within 24 hours if the item is in stock. Orders with large quantities/ bulk orders will be dispatched within 10-15 days from date of confirmed order and payment received. Kindly take into account transportation at minimum 3-4 days.
Standard packaging is included in the price; special packaging for bulk quantities will be charged for after receipt of requirement.
Please make sure you provide the correct address with details when making a request to make our delivery process efficient and reliable. We will not be responsible for any incorrect addresses and no complaints for the same will be entertained.
Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our products, and our policy is to ensure that all products supplied are delivered in perfect condition. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, please return it with proof of purchase within 30 days and we will arrange for an immediate exchange or refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Under extreme and rare cases, if we are not able to make a delivery we will ensure that you get 100% refund of your money. No other claims apart from the 100% refund will be tenable.
Disputes
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at New Delhi, India only..
