All products are stamped with I-K Silver Logo as well as 92.5 purity., there will be a guarantee card inserted in the packaging for the silver

Only one card can be used per transaction for online purchases.

Yes! You can pick up your order at the shop. Select the ‘pick-up at the shop’ option instead of ‘shipping address’, follow the directions to checkout and complete your order.

11. HOW DO I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE?

When you proceed to checkout, simply type in your special message into the ‘GIFT MESSAGE’ box. Your message will be printed on a card and placed with your gift.

12. CAN I USE A GIFT CARD ONLINE?

Yes, we do accept gift cards for online purchases. You can redeem it by simply typing-in your special gift card number in the coupon box during checkout.

13. DOES I-K SILVER UNDERTAKE PERSONALISATION OF PRODUCT AND
PACKAGING

Yes, I-K Silver personalizes products. Name, logo, or special message can be engraved or a message card inserted in the box at the time of packaging. For large quantities, boxes of a specific color can be made along with printing at extra charges.

14. DO YOU TAKE BULK ORDERS? IF YES, THEN HOW CAN I PLACE IT?

We do take bulk orders for corporate gifting, celebrations (birthday, anniversary,

DELIVERY

1. WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON I-KSILVER.COM?

Currently, next day delivery and express shipping are not available. Please note, at this time product availability may be limited. Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within India. International shipping is added to the invoice or freight to pay basis.

2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

We ask that you allow 10-12 business days for you to receive your order. Looking at the current scenario, it might take longer than the standard duration.

3. WILL MY I-KSILVER.COM PURCHASE ARRIVE GIFT WRAPPED?

All I-K Silver orders are carefully packed in a signature I-K Silver box with the branded ribbon. At the checkout process, you will have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package. 

CUSTOMIZATION

 

1. DOES I-KSILVER.COM TAKE CUSTOMIZATION QUERIES?

Yes, we do. We can customize by inserting a special printed message or mix and match of products and accessories on the product.

2. HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER FOR CUSTOMIZATION?

You can give us a call at +91-9711443885 or drop an email with your query at info@iksilver.com and we will make sure to get back to you immediately.
You can simply let us know your inspiration and theme for the product and our designers can take care of the rest. Once we finalize the product and quantity, we will quote the rate. Based on approvals, we can move ahead with the order. The order confirmation is based on a payment of 50% in advance.

3. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

On confirmation of the order, we proceed with the production immediately to meet the deadline. In the case of customization, cancellation is based on charges for the semi-produced goods. Technically, once an order is confirmed against advance payment, cancellation is not possible unless circumstances demand it.

4. DOES I-K SILVER UNDERTAKE CUSTOMISED DESIGN? DOES I-K SILVER HAVE DESIGN FACILITY?

Yes, I-K Silver can manufacture products as per the requirement of the customer. Customized products require brainstorming on the occasion, customer needs, and theme. Product options will be presented post the meeting. Once you decide on the final product, all drawings and details need to be approved by the customer. 50% is a confirmation of commencing production. The design team will assist in sourcing designs, ideas and finalized along with the client as per their requirement. All detailed drawings will be prepared by the design team. These will require to be signed off by the customer. 

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I-K Silver does not offer a refund policy. In case you have received a damaged product, please write to us on info@iksilver.com or drop us a WhatsApp on +91-9711443885 within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly attach a copy of the invoice as well as an image of the product. We would also request you to please retain all packaging.

Once we receive your request, our QC will examine the item to determine the source of the fault or damage. If the item is deemed to be faulty or damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item (stock dependent) or issue a full refund of money. If the item is damaged as a result of any other issues, it won’t be eligible for a refund or return.

Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 2-3 business days via the same payment method. 

 

PRODUCT CARE & REPAIR

 

1. HOW DO I CLEAN MY PRODUCTS?

Silver is very easy to clean and maintain, contrary to belief. The process is simple. The main ingredient here is the quality of the silver polish. Kindly choose good quality polish. Clean the dust off the item. Dab some silver evenly on the surface of the item. Let is stand for 10 mins. Use a soft flannel cloth, unwashed, and gently rub the item in a single direction. The circular movement will cause scratches. Keep rubbing till you see a beautiful sheen and richness in the item. It is important to keep your silver dust-free at all times, do not use a damp cloth to dust silver. It causes tarnishing.

Silver is forever. Silver articles last over generations. I-K Silver guarantees the purity of silver and stands by the design as well as workmanship.

3. HOW CAN I HAVE MY ITEM(S) REPAIRED?

4. HOW MUCH DOES A REPAIR COST?

The cost of a repair depends on the condition of the article, the underlying issues, and the extent to which it needs repair. We’ll be able to provide a quote upon the assessment of the item.
