Each order is wrapped and packed carefully by our team with care to ensure your unique and irreplaceable silver is delivered intact. Our product goes through multiple quality checks before reaching you. In case you've received damaged product, please write to us on info@iksilver.com or drop us a WhatsApp on +91-9711443885 within 48 hours of delivery with an attached invoice and image of the damaged piece. We would also request you to please retain all packaging.
Once we receive your request, our QC will examine the item to determine the source of the fault or damage. If the item is deemed to be faulty or damaged as a result of a manufacturing fault, we will replace the item (stock dependent) or issue you with a full refund of money. If the item is damaged as a result of any other issues, it won’t be eligible for a refund or return.

Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 2-3 business days via the same payment method.
