Shipping & Handling
For items that are in stock at our showroom, takes 7-10 days for the item to be processed and delivered to you at your address. For items that have been specially ordered, takes about 4-6 weeks to be customized and shipped out to you. On the page of the product you will find an accurate delivery estimate. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time please email us.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We will try to dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days however, estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes in case of international shipments.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched to the address provided by you at the time of your order placement. All orders require a signature and number upon receipt and will not be delivered without the same.
Free shipping is offered to only customers in India on an order above a minimum of Rs.5,000.
IK Silver insures each purchase during from transit until its time of delivery. We would definitely require a signature and number for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your goods are passed on to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by IK Silver and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
TAXES & DUTIES
For Indian Customers;
Product Prices displayed ONLY AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers;
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable; however, you may have to pay VAT or local sales taxes.
For our other global customers, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order.
An apology in advance for those who have received their orders delayed. We try hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we try and advise customers in advance for or as and when they arise. If you’ve been waiting longer than you should have and you haven’t heard from us, please email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours of your complaint.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment from Team IK Silver. This will then be followed up by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information that will help smoothen out the problem.
You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section of the website. You can also track the history of the orders placed by you in the past, on this section of the website.
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 10 days from the date it was shipped to you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging along with the RFID tag intact and the seal unbroken. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
To return an item, the customer must write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +919711443885 which remains open 10am-6pm IST on 5 DAYS (Monday to Friday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.
My Item Arrived Damaged/ Incorrect. What Do I Do?
Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to make sure it’s up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you’re unhappy with the quality, or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and arrange to collect the item from you and order you a replacement. This holds true for all orders except those that are on made to order.
Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.
In Case of Returns:
(a) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and RFID tags should be included with your return unhampered with and unbroken.
(b) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
(c) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the style, subject to availability. This does not hold true for Made To Order pieces. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
I returned an item. When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return and it complies with our returns policy, we will provide you with store credit wherein you can shop any other style and piece available on IK Silver account. Under exceptional cases (for damaged product or incorrect shipments) we will return the refund amount to the original method of payment used to place the order except when it is made to order. Refunds will show on your account 7 business days from the day we receive your returned item.
We currently do not allow exchanges as our products are specially made on order.
Customers should look to the item’s product detail page or their order history to determine if an item is returnable. All items that do not fall into the aforementioned returnable categories are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply so please read the return policy for each item on the live sale page very carefully.
